Updated by IPOS

A Hearing is an attendance before the Registrar for the parties to present their arguments.  Each party would have to file with the Registrar written submissions and a bundle of authorities at least one month before the hearing using the "Written Submissions & Bundle of Authorities" form. [R 37 and HMD Circular 2.1]

Each party would also have to file with the Registrar Form HC1 to attend the hearing. [R 37]

You can file the forms at our e-services portal, IPOS Digital Hub
