What happens if after submitting the application for reimbursement under REMPS, a party fails to submit the final outstanding information?

Generally, the party who fails to submit the information will not receive funding. The counter-party in the same mediation case who does so will still receive funding i.e. up to S$4,000 / S$6,000.
