Yes. Please upload the representation of your mark in colour in .bmp, .jpg, .tiff, .tif, .png, .gif or .jpeg format in Part 1 "Trade Mark Description" of the online Form TM4.

If you have uploaded a representation of the mark in colour, please note that the mark will be registered in these colours. You do not need to include the colour code(s) in the representation.

Please ensure that the representation has a minimum image resolution of 250 x 250 pixels so that the mark can be clearly seen in the certificate of registration. Please note that the mark will be registered and protected in these colours only.
