My company is organising a seminar. Can I make a copy of the map showing the seminar venue for the publicity materials?

A map is an artistic work protected by copyright and consent is required from the copyright owner before reproducing the map. You should check the terms and conditions of use of the map. Alternatively, you could draw your own map to use in the publicity materials.
