If I need the Registrar's certification for my trade mark application or registration in Singapore, how do I obtain it?

You need to file Form CM12 and pay the prescribed fee:

- Soft copy: S$28 in respect of each trade mark where the certified copy or extract or document is in soft copy; 
- Hard copy: S$35 in respect of each trade mark where the certified copy or extract or document is in hard copy. 

Thereafter, IPOS will send you a document with details of your application or registration.
