The Trade Mark Applicant has 4 months after the date of the Registrar's notification of refusal to the International Bureau to file a Counter-Statement. The Trade Mark Applicant would also have to provide an address for service in Singapore if it has not been provided previously. [R 14(1)(a) & (b) of TM (IR) Rules]
