How do I apply to revoke a patent?
Any person may apply to revoke a patent for an invention on any of the grounds set out in Section 80 of the Patents Act.
The procedure on application for revocation, as set out in Rule 80 of the Patents Rules, commences with the filing of Patents Form 35 with a prescribed fee accompanied by a statement setting out fully the grounds of revocation including the facts on which the applicant relies and the relief which he seeks.
