How do I apply for the registration of a trade mark?

You may file the application Form TM4 together with the prescribed fee. Applicants are required to provide an address for service in Singapore on the form.

You are strongly encouraged to file Form TM4 online, via our e-Services platform IPOS Digital Hub or IPOS Go Mobile App.
