Can I request for a refund for a fee for an application or form?

Refund may be allowed under the following list of circumstances:
- You made duplicate payment for a form.
- You filed duplicate forms.
- You submitted a form which cannot be processed.
A refund request can be submitted via IPOS Digital Hub. Forms which have been processed are generally not refundable.
Submission of a request for refund does not guarantee a refund and is subject to approval. You are advised to check your forms carefully before submitting them.
