Can we use or serve the different types of soft, semi-hard or hard cheese available in the market?

It is recommended to provide low-fat dairy products for students above 2 years old in school, as their saturated fat content is lower compared to full-fat/cream products. A diet high in saturated fat raises the level of LDL (low-density lipoprotein)-cholesterol, also known as 'bad' cholestrol, in our body. This increases the risk of heart disease.
