How do I view my generic AskGov CSAT score?

  1. For agency admins, log in to your AskGov admin portal at https://studio.ask.gov.sg/login with your government email address

  2. Click on the "Analytics" tab

  3. On the left side of the page, under "Customer Satisfaction Score" section, click on "View reviews"
