The AskGov team is developing a new admin experience and the AskGov admin sites will be automatically updated to new URLs.

When will this happen:

This change is effective from 25 Nov 2025. In the meantime, you may continue to access and use AskGov at the existing admin sites.

What will happen after 25 Nov?

The login sites will be automatically updated to the following:

• Production site: https://legacy.ask.gov.sg/admin/login

• Staging site: https://legacy-staging.ask.gov.sg/admin/login

Citizen help centre URLs remain the same

• Production: https://ask.gov.sg/youragencyname 

• Staging: https://staging.ask.gov.sg/youragencyname

Admins who try to access the old login sites will be automatically redirected to the new URLs. For admins with private sites, non-admin users can still login and will also be automatically redirected.

What this means for admins:

• No action needed: Admins will be automatically redirected to the new URLs and do not need to take any action, except to take note of the new URL when logging in.

• No impact on platform functionality: There is no change to the AskGov platform, and admins can still continue to use it as per normal.

Admins will see announcement banners on the admin login sites, and also receive emails about this upcoming change.
