It is not possible to bulk upload via admin portal at this time, but if you have more than 20 questions to be added to your AskGov site, please reach out to the AskGov team and we can assist you.

We will send you a CSV file via email, that you will need to fill up with your questions and answers. Please ensure to format the CSV file properly to avoid formatting issues.

1. Each row in the CSV file needs to correspond to one question and answer. Topic is a required field.

2. Please do not delete any of the columns. For the optional columns, leave them blank if not needed.

3. We do not support special characters, common ones to look out for below:
   

   • Bullet points like "•", please replace with '-' a single dash instead

   • Long dashes like "–", please replace with '-' a single dash instead

   • Double prime quotation mark or reversed double prime quotation mark and variants like “ or ”, please replace with " instead

   • Acute accent and variants like ‘, please replace with ' instead
