1. Upon landing on your agency's AskGov site, visitors will see a popup on the page, asking them to rate their experience. They can also give feedback about what they like/dislike.
   
   

2. We will tabulate the total ratings and show you the average as your agency's Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT). Upon logging into the admin portal, you can view this score on the homepage. We also surface insights about the feedback provided so that you can edit the articles as needed.
