I previously registered my mobile number to receive Healthier SG SMSes on behalf of my family member. Why are the SMSes now going to their number instead, and what should I do?
In October 2026, Healthier SG carried out a system update to manage enrollee contact details. As part of this change, contact numbers are synced with what your family member has on record with government agencies – and this has overwritten the mobile number you had previously registered as the main contact for Healthier SG SMSes. This is not an error on your part.
To resume receiving Healthier SG SMSes on your mobile number, please call MOH Hotline at 6325 9220. We will update our records accordingly. Once changed, your number will remain as the main contact. Do note, however, that if your family member's contact number in government records is updated in future, the system will sync to that new number and override yours again — if this happens, just give us a call and we will update it for you.
