What was the announcement at the 2026 Committee of Supply debates regarding Healthier SG eligibility for ComLink+ residents?

In 2027, Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents who are 25 to 39 years old and in the Ministry of Social and Family Development’s (MSF) ComLink+ programme will be eligible to enrol in Healthier SG. More details will be shared in due course.
