I do not have the Healthy 365 app, how do I get and check my enrolment benefits?

You may create and/or access your Healthy 365 profile using a family member’s or friend’s smartphone to check and get your enrolment benefits after you have completed the Health Plan consultation with your doctor. (Please see Healthy 365 section in this FAQs for more information) 

 

Alternatively, you may approach appointed staff at Healthier SG Enrolment Stations, IMDA digital hubs, Active Ageing Centres (AACs) or call the MOH Hotline at 6325 9220) for assistance to set up your Healthy 365 account within 12 months after the first Health Plan consultation with your doctor, to receive 3,000 Healthpoints (worth $20). Once the Healthpoints are credited into your Healthy 365 account, they would be valid for 6 months. You may redeem the Healthpoints for e-vouchers of your choice (e.g. FairPrice eVouchers).
