You can only enrol with a Healthier SG clinic (including polyclinics) via HealthHub. After successful enrolment, if your enrolled clinic is a polyclinic, you can also use the Clusters’ apps to book your first Healthier SG Health Plan consultation appointment to the polyclinic as well as view, reschedule, or cancel this visit as needed.
