I used to get Healthier SG reminder letters and SMS from MOH, but now I’m receiving them from healthcare clusters. Is this authentic/ legitimate or is this a scam?
This is legitimate. From July 2025, you will hear more the healthcare clusters – either National University Health System (NUHS), National Healthcare Group (NHG Health), or SingHealth – alongside existing communications from the Ministry of Health (MOH). This increased engagement reflects the healthcare clusters enhanced role as your partner in your Healthier SG journey. The healthcare clusters collaborate with various public agencies including the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), Health Promotion Board (HPB), People's Association (PA), Sport Singapore, and Active Ageing Centres (AACs), as well as local social and community groups. This partnership ensures you have access to suitable physical activities and health programmes that match your interests and needs. You may receive reminders and updates from the healthcare clusters through letters, digital platforms (including email, SMS, WhatsApp, and cluster mobile apps), or phone calls.
