There is no change to the prevailing subsidies at polyclinics.

a) I have been using a preferred medication brand throughout the years. To enjoy subsidies under the Healthier SG Chronic Tier, do I have to use the selected chronic medications under the Healthier SG Medication List? b) I prefer to use a specific brand of the selected chronic medication at my Healthier SG GP, will I be able to utilise the Healthier SG Chronic Tier?
