If I do not have a smartphone, mobile number nor any caregiver, how do I redeem my Healthpoints?

You can contact HPB hotline at 1800 223 1313 to provide your particulars. As the account creation function is currently unavailable to facilitate redemption of Healthpoints, HPB will notify and refer you to the nearest touchpoint once the function becomes available. The hotline operating hours are from Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Airtime charges apply for mobile calls to 1800 service lines.
