Your subsequent annual Health Plan check-ins are fully-subsidised and you will not be charged. Typically, these are brief discussions and updates on the Health Plan that will be initiated and conducted by your enrolled clinic, and may be done opportunistically during your in-person visits, over a phone call or through a teleconsultation.

At the same visit, if you would like to consult the GP on other matters or agree to receive other services offered by the GP, the clinic's prevailing charges will apply.
