You will see an acknowledgement page if the update of credit card information is successful. If you have provided us with an email address during the application, you will also receive a system generated email acknowledging the update of credit card information and informing you of the commencement date for the billing transaction under the new credit card account.

If your computer hangs before you reach the acknowledgement page, your transaction has not been successful. You may wish to try again later or contact your card issuing bank for assistance.
