I just did a permanent transfer of season parking to another car park recently. Why can't I do another transfer?

Updated by HDB

A permanent transfer of season parking to another car park can only be done once in 30 days as it is meant to be a long-term change. For a short-term change, please temporarily transfer your season parking to another car park.

Q2: Why is there a need to key in a 10-digit In-Vehicle Unit (IU) number?

A2: The IU number is required for car parks implemented with the Electronic Parking System. The 10-digit IU number is located on the left hand side of your In-Vehicle Unit.

Q3: How do I update my mobile number and email address?

A3: You can update your mobile number and email address, at both MyHDB Page and Singpass.

Q4: Why do I have to top-up for a change in car park?

A4: Different car parks may charge different rates. Please refer to the table under Monthly Season Parking Charges for the relevant rates charged for different car park types.

Q5: Why is my car park not detected when I key in the postal code/ address of my car park?

A5: Please search using an HDB residential address.

Q6: Why can’t I change my In-Vehicle Unit Number when changing car park?

A6: A change in car park should not require a change in In-Vehicle Unit number as there is no change in vehicle. Please change your vehicle IU number for season parking.
