Can I still change my decisions on the HIP Optional Improvements after the opting period?

Generally, changes after the opting period are not allowed. This is to facilitate construction and avoid abortive cost. However, if there are valid reasons, like you were overseas during the opting period, you will have another two weeks to let us know your decisions on the Optional Improvements.
