Why am I allowed to key in any unit no. for the block, even if the unit no. does not exist?
You are required to provide the person’s FIN/ NRIC number, date of birth, and address of the flat correctly before the system reveals whether the person is a registered tenant allowed to stay in the flat. Hence, the system does not make sure that the unit no. you have keyed in is a valid one.
