I have season parking (SP) for my residential car park for October 2019 and today is 18 October 2019, why does the system charge my Family Season Parking (FSP) full rate when I apply for FSP at my parents’ residential car park?

You will need to have a valid SP at your residential car park before you can purchase FSP. For example, if your residential SP expires on 31 October 2019, you can only purchase FSP till 31 October 2019. As SP is meant for long-term use, you are unable to buy SP or FSP with less than a month. You may consider renewing your residential SP for November 2019 before buying FSP from 18 October to 30 November 2019, allowing you to pay a pro-rated rate for the month of October 2019 and full rate for November 2019.
