If I am driving a commercial vehicle under Vehicle Parking Certificate (VPC) scheme, can I buy the Family Season Parking (FSP)?

No. Commercial vehicles under the VPC scheme are not allowed to park at HDB's residential car parks due to safety and environmental concerns. Commercial vehicles are required to park at the centralised lorry/ bus parks which are located at the fringe of the housing estates.
