Payment can be made using any Visa or MasterCard credit card issued in Singapore. Please ensure that your credit card has at least 6 months of validity from the date of application.

For the purpose of authenticating the registration, a $1 transaction authentication will be performed. However, the $1 charge will not be reflected on your credit card statement, and it will automatically be reinstated back to your credit limit within 7-14 days, depending on your issuing bank.

For our customers’ convenience and as part of our green initiative towards paperless operations, the application is made available electronically via e-Service. Customers may submit the application anytime at their convenience.

Upon submission of the application online, you will receive a real-time acknowledgement of the application status (successful/ unsuccessful). If you have provided us with an email address during the application, you will also receive a system generated email acknowledging your application and informing you of the first billing transaction date.

The relevant entries in your credit card statement will be recognised as evidence of your payments. Hence, no further payment notices or official receipts will be issued. Alternatively, you may view season parking transaction history to check the validity of your season parking.
