I have saved my HFE letter application. When must I complete the application? What will happen if I do not complete my application by then?

The 2 steps to an HFE letter application must be completed within 30 calendar days of each other, including having co-applicant(s) and occupier(s), if any, to sign electronically via their Singpass and uploading all the required documents.

The last day to complete Step 2 of your HFE letter application is stated in the HDB Flat Portal. If you are unable to do so, please start afresh from Step 1.
