Only buyers who have been granted an Option to Purchase by the flat owners can submit the valuation request. Salesperson engaged by the buyers may also submit valuation request on behalf of their clients. The buyers (or their salesperson) must submit to HDB the Request for Value, together with scanned copy of page 1of the OTP, by the next working day after the Option Date.
