Do students take the Chinese 'O' Level paper in Sec 3 before the Higher Chinese paper in Sec 4?

As part of the Special Assistance Plan policy, our students will sit for the Higher Chinese "O' Level Examination at Sec 4. Upon the recommendation of teachers, some students will be advised to take the Chinese 'O' Level Examination at Sec 3.
