The participants of Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty’s and Moderna/Spikevax's clinical trials and other studies included persons with medical comorbidities, who were at risk of serious, life-threatening disease and death from COVID-19 infection, and demonstrated effectiveness with no safety concerns reported in this group.
