How can I access my vaccination records, and what should I do if some records are missing?
Singaporeans who are born in 1996 or later are able to access their vaccination records via HealthHub with their Singpass.
Those who are born earlier (i.e. before 1996) are also able to access their vaccination records via HealthHub but only for records of vaccinations under the National Adult Immunisation Schedule (NAIS), which were given on or after 1 Nov 2017, and notified accordingly.
Recently Administered Vaccines: Contact the clinic where you received the vaccine to ensure they have submitted your records to the National Immunisation Registry (CDA-NIR).
Vaccination Records: For other inquiries regarding your vaccination records, you may reach out to CDA-NIR for assistance.
