The following templates are in development and will be released progressively:

• First Health Plan Consultation SMS template – for inviting patients who have recently enrolled under Healthier SG at your clinic to complete their first Health Plan consultation.

• Flu Vaccination SMS template – to help clinics proactively invite eligible seniors (aged 65+) for subsidised flu vaccinations. This SMS template will be launched with the Bulk Eligibility feature under Vaccine Advisor, allowing clinics to check patient eligibility in bulk before booking appointments.
