All Healthier SG (HSG)-enrolled CHAS GP clinics onboarded to HAS can access and use the Annual Health Plan SMS template. Clinics that are not HSG-enrolled will not be able to send this SMS, as they do not have enrolled patients under Healthier SG. If your clinic is HSG-enrolled but not yet onboarded to HAS, you can register via go.gov.sg/has-adminuser-registration .
