How can my clinic send the Annual Health Plan Check-In SMS?
Go to Appointments → New Appointment in the HAS Admin portal.
Enter the patient’s details.
Under Purpose of Visit, select Healthier SG Consultation*.
Choose a date and time for the appointment.
Under Proactive Booking SMS Template, select “Proactive booking for Healthier SG enrollees (Annual Health Plan Check In)” from the dropdown list.
Once sent, the patient will receive an MOH-approved SMS with a secure link to confirm or manage their appointment directly.
*Your clinic must have Healthier SG Consultation as one of its service offerings. If you do not see it under Purpose for Visit, go to Settings > Service Offerings and enable it.
