A Proactive Booking SMS template is an MOH-approved message that your clinic can send directly to Healthier SG (HSG) patients to encourage them to book eligible appointments through the Health Appointment System (HAS).

These templates allow clinics to take the initiative in reaching out to patients instead of waiting for them to make a booking, helping increase attendance and follow-through for important health services.

Different templates apply to different HSG activities — for example, the Annual Health Plan Check-In. Templates for First Health Plan Consultation and Flu Vaccination (your HSG enrollee, 65+) will be released at a later date.
