For adults aged 18 and above, the recommended dosing for regular dose of 20mcg is:

  • Dose 1: At the appointment date

  • Dose 2: 1 month after Dose 1

  • Dose 3: 6 months after Dose 1

For adults with renal insufficiency, the recommended dosing for renal dose of 40mcg is:

  • Dose 1: At the appointment date

  • Dose 2: 1 month from Dose 1

  • Dose 3: 2 months from Dose 1

  • Dose 4: 6 months from Dose 1
