Can I still get the tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis (Tdap) vaccine after my 32ⁿᵈ week of pregnancy?
Vaccination can be considered after the 32ⁿᵈ week of pregnancy. While it may afford less protection for the infant, it could potentially protect the mother from pertussis and therefore reducing the risk of exposure to her infant.
If you have any questions on whether the Tdap vaccine is right for your specific situation, please consult your doctor and have a conversation.
