If I had shingles before, am I still recommended to receive the shingles vaccine (RHZV) and eligible for subsidies?
Individuals who had shingles in the past should still receive shingles vaccination to prevent future occurrences of the disease. Eligibility for subsidies is based on criteria for vaccinations under the National Adult Immunisation Schedule (NAIS). More information on NAIS is available here.
