How do I enable the LPA service offering on HAS for my clinic/law firm?
The “Certification of Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)” service offering is visible by default to:
CHAS GP clinics
Non-CHAS clinics
Law firms
You can enrol your clinic or law practice at:
https://go.gov.sg/has-adminuser-registration
To enable the service:
Go to your HAS Admin Portal
Navigate to Settings > Service Offerings
Enable “Certification of Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)”
Set your appointment hours and fees (inclusive of GST)
Once enabled and scheduled, your clinic/law firm will be listed on https://book.health.gov.sg/lpa via the "Book an appointment" option.
