The “Certification of Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)” service offering is visible by default to:

• CHAS GP clinics

• Non-CHAS clinics

• Law firms

You can enrol your clinic or law practice at:
https://go.gov.sg/has-adminuser-registration

To enable the service:

1. Go to your HAS Admin Portal

2. Navigate to Settings > Service Offerings

3. Enable “Certification of Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)”

4. Set your appointment hours and fees (inclusive of GST)

Once enabled and scheduled, your clinic/law firm will be listed on https://book.health.gov.sg/lpa via the "Book an appointment" option.
