How do I register my clinic/law firm to use HAS?

You can enrol your clinic or law practice at:
https://go.gov.sg/has-adminuser-registration

This form is used to create the first Admin account for your clinic/law firm.

You’ll need:

  • Name and NRIC/FIN of the first Admin user

  • Work email address

  • Clinic name and HCI code (for clinics), or

  • Law Practice name and UEN (for law firms)

Please allow up to 3 working days for your registration to be processed.

If your clinic or firm already has at least one HAS Admin user, you should not submit the registration form again.

Instead, the existing Admin can manage access using the Staff Management tool under “Clinic Settings.”

They can:

  • Add or remove staff access

  • Assign Admin roles

Submissions for additional accounts via the form will not be processed.
