Why can’t I book a vaccination appointment at a polyclinic through the Health Appointment System (HAS)?
Polyclinics are currently not available on HAS for vaccination or consultation appointments as they use their own appointment booking systems managed by their respective healthcare clusters.
You can book appointments with polyclinics through:
NHG Cares (for NHG polyclinics)
Health Buddy (for SingHealth polyclinics)
NUHS App (for NUHS polyclinics)
HealthHub (for all clusters)
HAS is designed to help members of the public find and book subsidised vaccinations at participating CHAS GP clinics. Participation is voluntary, so not all CHAS clinics may appear on HAS.
If your preferred clinic isn’t listed, you can call them directly to check availability or to arrange for a vaccination appointment.
Do note that some clinics may require time to order in the vaccine stock if you are planning to walk in.
