It’s a free queue management system inside HAS that is designed specifically for GP clinics. It aims to provide your walk-ins and appointment patients with an amazing wait experience: being able to queue remotely.
How? By giving patients a real-time view of their queue status, and reminding them to come back to the clinic via SMSes. If you’re constantly yelling out patients’ names outside your clinic, or have angry patients harassing your clinic assistants, Queue is for you.
