Glow uses Google iCON for login, which is available for all MOE staff.

If you have not set up 2FA, it’s an essential step to set up the account.

You can refer to the attached guide (link) to set up MIMS 2FA before accessing your iCON account. Please refer to slides 6 to 19 to set up MIMS 2FA, and slides 20 to 23 to access the iCON account.

If you face issues with logging in on GSIB or COMET devices, you may try logging in on your personal device (Glow is mobile-friendly as well) too.
