There are approximately 40 students in a form class with a mix of G1 – G3 students.

For core subject classes, the students are grouped based on subject stream that they do, so we have from 25 to 35 students per class.

Eligibility criteria to take subjects at a more demanding level at the start of sec 1:

a) If the indicative level of most subjects at the start of Sec 1 is G1 – an AL 5 or better is needed to offer subject at G3/G2, an AL 6/AL A is needed to offer subject at a G2 level.

b) If the indicative level of most subjects at the start of Sec 1 is G2 – an AL 5 or better is needed to offer subject at G3.
