Who can vote overseas?
You can vote by post or in person at one of the overseas polling stations if you live overseas and meet the following criteria:
a) are a citizen of Singapore (holder of pink NRIC);
b) are not less than 21 years of age;
c) are not disqualified from being an elector under any prevailing law;
d) (i) have a Singapore residential address on your NRIC; or
(ii) if you have changed your NRIC address to an overseas address, you must have a local contact address in Singapore that is registered with the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA); and
e) have resided in Singapore for an aggregate of at least 30 days within the 3-year period prior to the date of application to be registered as an overseas elector.
You will need to submit an online application via Voter Services with your Singpass.
