Being part of the POP Scheme means your child's centre provides affordable and quality early childhood programmes. Centres will continue to ensure that their curriculum and teaching approaches are aligned with prevailing learning and development frameworks such as the Early Years Development Framework (EYDF) and Nurturing Early Learners (NEL) Framework. ECDA provides funding to POP centres to keep within the fee caps, while investing in quality improvements.
