Why do applicants need to provide fresh consent for Household Means Eligibility System (HOMES)?

Children who enrolled before 9 Dec 2024 do not have valid HOMES consent. Fresh consent is required to allow HOMES to access and verify the family's personal information and conduct means testing for the reassessment.
